Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Standard Returns (All Customers) We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged items. Damaged items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at insomniac.castings@gmail.com with your order number.

EU & EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union and European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at insomniac.castings@gmail.com. You have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us. We will issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of processing.
